Great Lawyer

Me and my wife have been a client of Nate Smith for several years for two separate issues/cases. He has always been very helpful, along with all of his staff. Nate very rarely tells us what we want to hear but he always follows the law and gives honest advice. He is a good honest Christian man and ha...s always had a good sense of humor to help lighten the mood when we were at some low discouraging times. My wife and I are probably the most cumbersome trying clients he has, rarely a week goes by that we arent have to fill him in on drama ,regarding our case, we know he is a very busy man but he always finds time to get back to us. Even if just for simple questions . So if you are looking for a good attorney who follows the law and is real, call Smith and Little. One of the things we admire most about him is he has moral values and he will not jeopardize that for money. If you want a crooked lawyer who plays dirty then this is probably not the attorney for you. He is very professional but also kind and we have always felt at ease while in his office. He has helped us so much with a custody/visitation case involving a very difficult ex, and praise the Lord thanks to Nate we have made so much progress in that area. We will always recommend him and his staff to everyone we meet.

He is the GREATEST!!!!

I love Nate! He is an awesome atty. Nate was my divorce atty in 2013. I hired him after I tried someone else and paid for the divorce I then had to hire Nate and he pretty much had to start from ground zero with me. He offers fair & reasonable prices. He always got back with me even if he was in cour...t. I refer everyone that ask me about a lawyer to him! He is very professional. His office staff are great as well. If he is in court you can call them and they will try to take care of any issues you may need. I currently keep Nate number on speed dial lol. Seriously Nate is amazing and I call him anytime I have a legal issue or legal representation. Very smart, laid back & Very knowledgeable! I would not hesitate to choose Nate!

Great Lawyer

I was getting the run around from other lawyers about pricing and what I needed to do. when I contacted Mr. Smith we was very very professional and answered all my questions. Disappointed client

Although I did not keep Mr. Smith as my lawyer, during the two months I had him I was disappointed with the amount of work that was produced. After deciding to switch lawyers he was bitter and made it difficult for me to transfer lawyers by avoiding my calls and blacking out information my new lawyer... needed. He was very unprofessional!

It's troubling to see a review like this. I'm never bitter when clients switch from me to another attorney or from another attorney to me; this happens both ways from time to time, and often is the result of nothing worse than a personality conflict or disagreement. My office staff and I never "black out" information unless we're going to use a document as an exhibit in court, and then it's appropriate to cover over social security numbers and account numbers. If this is the former client I think it is, though no name appears that I can see, I can say this. In two months, an uncontested matter can be resolved but a contested matter will only get started, with service on the Defendant and demands for documents being made, subpoenas being sent out, and so forth. That is precisely what I did for that client, whose unrepresented spouse was working for the military on the other side of the world, which does slow things down a bit -- again, if this is the former client I believe it is. It's a pity, and rather shameful, that a word like "unprofessional" would be used in such a callous way, and with a total disregard for, and ignorance of, civil procedure, of court procedure, and of the fact that a lawyer must act reasonably regardless of a client's bitterness and ill feelings toward the other party, because a lawyer's reputation sticks with him as he stands in front of the same judges repeatedly.

Wise and Caring Counsel

My divorce was such an emotional, frightening, and confusing time - especially since there is a child involved - and Mr. Smith did a fantastic job of helping me stay grounded and focused. When I was overwhelmed with interrogatories, document gathering, and other grueling assignments, he made time to... walk me through the process until I was 100% confident that everything was in place. And when I thought I would fall to pieces because of the shenanigans and persecution from my ex, Mr. Smith was there to answer my questions and advise me on how to legally protect my child, my home, and myself. His counsel during mediation and prioritizing of essential details, helped me temper my emotional responses and negotiate more effectively. He is wise, encouraging, warm, knowledge, and available. His personal attention made me feel that my case was top priority.
