Just another by the hour lawyer with no balls.
I hired Nate Smith for my divorce and the day of the hearing he didn't performed. Actually my friends in court with me agreed that he was quite a sissy as a litigator. He appeared to be educated and all that but no claws... why should he if he gets paid by the hour regardless of performance. He a...

Bad Choice
I hired Mr. Smith as my attorney and I am totally dissatisfied on the way my case was handled. Rachael his associate who handled my case made inaccurate statements, poor Court room performance, and I was embarrassed by the way she handled my case. Please be careful , do not use Rachael.

I hired Nate to help me get my personal belongings out of home after divorce. I had to fire my divorce lawyer early in my case because she misrepresented herself as a divorce lawyer. He was rude to me and my elderly father and cut our conversation short. I left his office crying and thought he was st...

Absolutely no good I wouldn't recommend keep your $
Nathaniel Smith failed to represent me correctly he didn't know any facts about my case i hired Candice cliatt little. and when I showed up to court Nathaniel Smith represented me. I had to show the courts my own evidence instead of him presenting to them
I don't know who this is, and I can't think of any hearing where my client presented evidence while I just stood by. That's a very odd scenario that I don't recall ever happening.

I would not hire this attorney after the poor consultation meeting.
I met Nate Smith last week for a free consultation on a child support matter. Upon meeting him I was immediately turned off by his first comment to me. Let’s make this quick I can’t be here for a hour. His whole demeanor toward me was very arrogant and short. He never showed any interest in my case ...
I'm available for consultations, but not for cuddling and long conversations. I would be doing a disservice to my clients who have paid for me to return phone calls and e-mails, and prepare paperwork and go to court, if I turn away from their cases to allow a pro se litigant to abuse the consultation process and try to become a lawyer by talking to me for hours. If you're looking to talk to someone for hours about your problems you want a psychiatrist, not a lawyer. If you want to talk to someone for hours for free you want to talk to your family and friends, not a lawyer. I am sure "let's make this quick I can't be here for an hour" was not my first comment; that wouldn't make sense. But I do wrap up consultations when they're through; I must.

"Mr. Smith and I met on a divorce case in which he represented one party and in which I acted as guardian ad litem for the children. I was impressed with Mr. Smith's commitment to his client, which did not waiver throughout a very long and difficult case. He was well prepared at trial, and his client benefited greatly from his expertise. I also found him to be quite generous and personable outside of the courtroom, as he gave me some valuable advice regarding the running of my own law practice. I would recommend him to anyone who needs representation in family law matters."
"When it comes to divorce/family law matters, few attorneys in Henry Co. are as respected and knowledgeable as Mr. Smith. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking superior representation and positive results!"
