WONDERFUL LAWYERS

My husband and I cannot say enough about Caryn and Lacey and this firm. They helped my husband with his custody cases (yes more than one). They run such a great firm. It is always warm and welcoming and when you walk in you feel like you are at home. I always feel important because there are so m...any great people at this firm that there is always someone who is able to help us. They return calls quickly, answer questions quickly and are they care enough to always be prepared and knowledgeable about your case at all times. Unlike other firms i have used when you feel the lawyers don't really know your case or are too busy to really help you, these guys always have someone available to help you and the lawyers know their stuff. Our favorite person (other than our lawyers of course) is Paige who answers our calls - she is very kind and always helpful. Melissa our paralegal was wonderful and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about her and the rest of the group. I would rather not need a lawyer but if i do i am using this firm 100% of the time. Thank you

Mom's Don't Always Win

I Am Very Thankful The Law Firm Of Caryn S. Fennell Is On MY TEAM! Prior to meeting Caryn and team, I went through over two years of hearings to finally secure my divorce. It was a very tough time to get there. My hometown, as I have learnt since moving away, has an incestuous / good ole boys & ...girls legal system. Fast Forward, post-divorce and even after having things stacked against me from the onset, I get served again…my ex-spouse wants to take my guardianship rights away from our disabled adult child. I did not know where to turn! I contacted someone that helped me post my divorce for input and was strongly advised to seek counsel outside of my hometown. “You have no one that can provide you support locally…the whole county knows about your divorce and you cannot get unbiased representation. Give me 24 hours and I’ll get you someone that can give you the support you need.” The next day, I was advised, “Please contact Caryn Fennell in Woodstock GA.” I Made The Call! You get support, commitment, dedication, backing…KNOWLEDGE ABOUT AND OF THE LAW. I will state, that Caryn “schooled” the opposing counsel and made sure the system fully understood what the law states, even when they weren’t aware of those laws in the “books.” I sat there in court during our first hearing listening and watching…it was a situation of whom was teaching whom. I was in shock at how prepared Caryn and her team were to deal with my case. I HAVE MY DREAM TEAM! Finally, I knew I had someone that was there to protect my interests and to take no cheap shots from the opposing side. At the end of those proceedings, Caryn lead the charge and I retained my rights…even securing sole guardianship. #Dad’sWinToo! There is so much more that the Team @ The Law Firm of Caryn S. Fennell has done for me with this case and other proceedings. I have debated on what to share. I could write a novel about all of those many things. If you are faced with making a decision on whom to choose for legal counsel and support, think about and ask yourself these questions: Do you need someone to help you take action? Do you need someone to “right” a “wrong?” Do you simply want to have a highly competent team that excels in Family Law to support you? Then make the call. I did it! You’ll be more than satisfied with your decision, if you do!

Caryn Fennell - My Lifesaver

If you are an attorney, you can go by a lot of different names: lawyer, esquire, counsellor, defender (the list goes on and on), but the name that you will probably not find on the list is: Lifesaver. Caryn was my lifesaver -- and I'm not over-exaggerating. Caryn was referred to me by a friend of ...mine who had gone through a very difficult custody battle and that's exactly what I was encountering. My divorce was different than a lot of divorces because my spouse was an attorney. My spouse knew the ins and outs of the law and would consistently shove it in my face to make me feel inferior. This was a VERY difficult custody battle because I was the "Nice Guy" that stayed home to take care of the kids while my spouse built her law practice. With the courts being PRO-mother, I knew I needed someone who had experience with complicated custody issues. Caryn had exactly that. As soon as I hired her and her knowledgable team, I finally had someone to help me fight my battles. It was a huge relief. I will warn anyone who is thinking about hiring her... do NOT hire Caryn unless you are ready to run. Caryn's firm is a thoroughbred law firm. They do not "play" around. Once hired, there is nothing that will stop them from getting to the truth. That's exactly what I needed... a truth-seeker. During the case, Caryn actually uncovered so many lies that my spouse told me -- lies that would make anyone shake their head in disgust. She helped me to see things as they actually were, not as they "appeared" to be. She coached me through difficult times... and she allowed me to be in the driver's seat the entire time. She was my Gladiator. The temporary hearing was riddled with confusion and chaos. Why? Because Caryn was fighting three attorneys at once. Opposing counsel tried pulling out all their shameful tactics, but Caryn kept presenting the evidence. The judge completely ruled in my favor. A male, stay-at-home dad, got to keep the house, got alimony and increased child-support. None of that would have been possible without Caryn and her incredible team. Once you're a client of the firm, you're part of the family. Kelly, Melissa, Paige, the entire team have ALL of my gratitude. I am beyond grateful. My divorce could have turned out completely different. BOTTOM LINE: Caryn will work for you tirelessly. I am not kidding when I say that she is THE VERY BEST ATTORNEY you can hire for complicated custody issues. When your kids are involved, don't settle for less. You need the best. You need Caryn.

Great Firm and Reasonably Priced

We hired the Caryn Fennell practice to help us with a custody situation to remove primary physical custody from the mother of our daughter to the father. They made sure we had everything we needed, handled it all quickly and we reached an agreement and we didn't have to break the bank to get this im...portant matter resolved.

The law firm of Caryn S. Fennel is exceptional!

I was severely effected by a condition called ADEM (acute disseminated encephalo myylitis) from the administration of a flu shot at a Walgreens in 2014. I was hospitalized and treated with high dose prednisone which caused a condition of temporary steroid phychosis. In adition due to the effect this ...had on my right temporal lobe in my brain (which originally presented as brain tumor diagnosis) I was unable to walk normally and still have severe balance issues. Caryn took my case and sued the pharmaceutical vaccine drug fund administered by the federal government vaccine compensation office of the special master in federal district court in Washington D.C. After a lengthy process involving submitting hundreds of pages of medical records and reports from my neurologists, neuro surgeons, physical therapist, and other stakeholders, I was finally offered well under 200k to settle the case. Caryn persued it further and after much back forth negotiations was able to secure an ammount of of almost 200k which I accepted. Caryn was dogged in her representation and secured for me a good deal from a federal agency that normally doesn't award sums larger the 100k. She was persistent and thorough through out the entire process which took about two years to settle. I would defiantly hire her firm if want and need a fighter on your side.
