I was in about as bad of a situation as I could be with Child Services. I had caught them in lies and no one was willing to help me or believe me! I called the Cobb County Bar for a consultation and they sent me to Kevin Crayon II. I explained my case and that I was in a car accident almost 3 years a...go and I have been through so many medical procedures and two surgeries this year alone. I was facing a contempt hearing with almost certain jail time! I was unable to pay child support and if I had tried to do this case on my own without a doubt I would have gone to jail.. Kevin felt that I had been railroaded previously by not having representation and was willing to take the case. I hired him a week and 3 days before my hearing. The judge ordered us to stay in the courtroom while we awaited our verdict. The judge ruled that I was not in contempt and all the lies came back to haunt Child Services. The judge read the Georgia Supreme Court case and agreed with Kevin. We are so grateful to him! On a side not there are few attorneys that would give you the shirt of their backs, he was one of them!
