After meeting with numerous attorneys for a DUI. We chose to hire Attorney Crayon, even though there were attorneys that were priced less as well as attorneys that were hire priced Attorney Crayon was not only the most knowledgeable he was compassionate and truly concerned for not only myself but for... my husband. My husband was arrested for a DUI in Gwinnett County and the cops left me in the vehicle because i was the passenger(they left me "guarded" by another officer). Without getting into details and to try make a very long story short; not even an hour later I myself was arrested for a DUI in the same vehicle that i was left in when my husband was arrested in the middle of the night of a cold winter. This was the first time I had ever been arrested and I was afraid and alone. After being bonded out both myself and husband searched for attorneys using google,word of mouth,the georgia bar association, and legal aid and after many consultations and receiving wrong information we finally came across Attorney Crayon, the best decision my husband and I could have ever made. He was affordable and the best part he was able to not only win both myself and my husband cases(we had separate judges and prosecutors), Attorney Crayon was able to win!!!! We had no jail( time except for the few hours when we were arrested and even though my husband is a convicted felon and was and is still on probation for a crime he spent 15 yrs in prison for, Attorney Crayon was able to get him not only off of probation but keep him from being extradited back to another state for violating his probation(being arrested). Attorney Crayon came to court ready to FIGHT and WIN and that is exactly what he did. The Prosecutor was very clear at arraignment for my husband that she was NOT willing to negotiate because of his prior record and his blood alcohol level, attorney Crayon did not fold, did not give up, and did not back down. He was prepared for trial and had all if his facts straight and knew the law. After going back and forth with the prosecutor..The prosecutor folded(in my opinion the prosecutor although having years of experience knew that attorney crayon was prepared for a fight and was coming to win, i dont think gwinnett county was ready for a heavy hitter like attorney Crayon!;and that is usually not something you see from prosecutor. My husband is driving again legally and a week after my court date i received my license back. I could literally write a book on how awesome attorney crayon handled our cases both professionally in and out of the courtroom but this is a review so I wont do that, what I will do is to ask anyone that is looking for a defense attorney please please contact attorney crayon, you will not be disappointed. He is honest, dependable and when you call his office you don't speak to a machine you speak with him and if he is in court he will call you back in a very timely matter. Kevin was so calm it worried me a bit, but he was a beast none the less. He was very upfront about every aspect of my case and very honest as to the possibilities that could occur. I was facing a 20 year felony charge for neglect. Mr. Crayon worked very hard and was diligent throughout the process of the accusations.
