Bryan Richard Howard

I contacted Mr Howard last year on a 2 charges regarding Domestic Violence. One was a Felony, the other a Misdemeanor. The State initially wanted 10 years in Prison for the Felony. At the end, Bryan Howard was prepared to go to trial. The State offered up a plea bargain and dropped the Felony charge. He got the fines dropped, and probation on the misdemeanor charge cut in half.
