Bryan is the most honest and knowledgeable attorney in metro Atlanta bar none. I had a recent drug charge where the search was questionable, Bryan saw thru all the fear tactics that the DA used trying to get me to plea out to an extensive amount of probation plus some prison time. With my past record... hireing Mr Howard was a Godsend. Not only did he get a vehicle that was siezed returned i walked away with no prison time and probation only. If not for his expertise i was truely screwed. He's the man!

I hired Mr. Howard to represent me with a case that I was involved in. I conducted my own vetting process, even before I hired him. I'm recently retired and this allows me some time to do this. I did research and went to court where I could find him in action. After watching and listening to him defe...nd a couple of defendants, it was crystal clear that he was the Attorney for me. Just a footnote: I understand that attorneys might not be able to speak with their clients on a regular basis, but at least, the investigator, his Associate and, his paralegal, would always speak at length with me during the process prior to my adjudication. And yes, there were follow-up meetings with Mr. Howard and the investigator. So, in closing, for the price, and the outcome, with the personal attention throughout the entire process, I got exactly what I paid for and more. Remember, if your attorney has the luxury of being able to take your calls all of the time, he/she must not be very much in demand. I was arrested in Atlanta on a DUI and didn’t really know what I was in for. I started researching attorneys 2 weeks after my arrest. I found out that when I contacted Mr. Howard that I only had 10 days to contest my license suspension and this was day 11. I immediately retained Mr. Howard services a...nd he went to work. He appealed my suspension with the head of legal for driver’s services and stopped my license from being suspended. This was a huge win in itself because otherwise my License would have been suspended for 12 months. Next Mr. Howard was able to convince the arresting officer to remove the suspension of my license in the ALS hearing. Once this was done I was able to go get my license back. I was able to drive my vehicle during this whole process and didn’t spend 1 day with an actual suspension. Finally, Mr. Howard had my DUI reduced to a reckless driving charge. He seemed to know everyone in the court room and worked with them all very well in getting my charges reduced. I am so very glad that I chose the Howard Law Group to represent me and he is worth every penny.

The legal system scares the crap out of me. I was charged with a Commercial DUI. I wasn't even in the truck when the police arrested me and charged me.
