Bryan Richard Howard

I was arrested in Atlanta on a DUI and didn’t really know what I was in for. I started researching attorneys 2 weeks after my arrest. I found out that when I contacted Mr. Howard that I only had 10 days to contest my license suspension and this was day 11. I immediately retained Mr. Howard services a...nd he went to work. He appealed my suspension with the head of legal for driver’s services and stopped my license from being suspended. This was a huge win in itself because otherwise my License would have been suspended for 12 months. Next Mr. Howard was able to convince the arresting officer to remove the suspension of my license in the ALS hearing. Once this was done I was able to go get my license back. I was able to drive my vehicle during this whole process and didn’t spend 1 day with an actual suspension. Finally, Mr. Howard had my DUI reduced to a reckless driving charge. He seemed to know everyone in the court room and worked with them all very well in getting my charges reduced. I am so very glad that I chose the Howard Law Group to represent me and he is worth every penny.

The legal system scares the crap out of me. I was charged with a Commercial DUI. I wasn't even in the truck when the police arrested me and charged me. Where do I begin? I was pulled over for DUI . I was a nervous wreck and knew I would get in serious trouble. I started googling lawyers and had three in mind.
