Our child was detained by the police for terroristic threats at school. We reached out to some pretty well known names/friends in the Georgia government and lawyers that we know to help us retain a lawyer with our child's case, and we were given the name of Mr. Sereebutra. Mr. Sereebutra was professi...onal and easy to understand. He does not talk over your head and explains in detail what is happening now and what to expect in the future with your case. We walked out of his office with some relief and we let him take the wheel. We have never had any legal issues in our family before so this was scary but Mr. Sereebutra aka Theo took care of everything and assured us that this will all work out and it did. His staff was amazing and very competent and kept everything confidential since our child is a minor. We hope we don't have to recommend him to anyone we know and yet I highly recommend him to anyone reading this post. I write this with the sincerest gratitude for his work in making us comfortable and getting the best outcome for our child. From beginning to end everything was completed in 2 months.

I unfortunately was charged with five serious charges(DUI, Reckless Driving, Disorderly Conduct, Two counts of Criminal Tresspaing), and was faced with significant fines and jail time. I was referred to Mr. Sereebutura by a family friend's lawyer. The decision to hire him was by far the best. He spen...t a significant amount of time explaining how serious the situation was on my initial consultation and how he felt he could challenge the situation. Again, it was a great decision and his prices were were extremely fair. WE HIRED ANOTHER LAWYER TO DEFEND MY FAMILY PERSON'S DUI CASE-THAT LAWER PASSED AWAY SUDDENLY ABOUT HALF WAY THROUGH THE CASE-WE HAD ALREADY PAID HIM FOR DEFENSE UP TO TRIAL IF THE CASE WAS SETTLED OUT OF COURT-THE AGREEMENT WAS THAT HE WOULD BE PAID AN ADDITIONAL FEE IF THE CASE WENT TO TRIAL-MR SER...EEBUTRA AGREED AS A PROFESSIONAL COURTESY (EVEN THOUGH HE WAS ONLY CASUALLY ACQUAINTED WITH THE DECEASED ATTORNEY ) TO TAKE OVER THE CASE AND FURNISH THE REMAINING SERVICES THE DECEASED ATTORNEY HAD AGREED TO PROVIDE FOR OUT OF COURT SERVICES WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT HE WOULD FURNISH TRIAL SERVICES FOR THE SAME FEE THE ORIGINAL ATTORNEY HAD AGREED TO IF A TRIAL WAS REQUIRED TO SETTLE THE CASE-MR SEREEBUTRA WAS ABLE TO NEGOTIATE A SETTLEMENT OUT OF COURT THAT WAS FAVORABLE TO US , THEREFORE NO TRIAL WAS REQUIRED MEANING THAT WE DID NOT OWE AN ADDITIONAL FEE.HE SPENT CONSIDERABLE TIME IN OUR DEFENSE AND DID A GREAT JOB KEEPING US INFORMED OF PROGRESS IN THE NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE PROSECUTOR..HE IS A SKILLED COMMUNICATOR AND DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB IN THE COURTROOM ON A COUPLE OF INTERIM APPEARANCES BEFORE THE JUDGE. IN OUR OPINION HE IS A MAN OF INTEGRITY AND AN EXCELLENT ATTORNEY.

I retained Mr. Serrabuttra to handle a criminal matter for me in Paulding County and the first day that I seen this man in person was when we went to court for a plea. He talks about being a former prosecutor in Paulding Co. and how that helps him there. Not once leading up to my plea did Mr. Serra...buttra ask me my side of the story. He did not care. To me all he was concerned with was the $6500 I paid him for this matter. In my opinion he is the worse lawyer you could get to represent you in any matter. He is not professional or courteous.
