I was previously granted a 12 Month Stalking Protective Order against someone. Less than one year after the Order expired, this person knowingly filed a false TPO against me. As such, I knew I was dealing with a very serious matter and had to find not just any attorney but the best attorney. My situation was complicated because I had a very short window to retain an attorney (11 days to be exact). In Court, Theo was so masterful that I didn’t even have to speak at the hearing. Through his cross examination, he totally shredded the false TPO and exposed the lies. He even proved that this person had committed acts that were arrestable offenses. The TPO was rightfully dismissed, and as promised, Theo followed through by making sure that I received all applicable paperwork, including the all-important Order of Denial for a TPO signed by the Judge. Our child was detained by the police for terroristic threats at school. We reached out to some pretty well known names/friends in the Georgia government and lawyers that we know to help us retain a lawyer with our child's case, and we were given the name of Mr. Sereebutra. We hired Theo in October 2016 to defend our grandson who was charged with numerous felony counts that could have resulted in more than 20 years in prison. Theo worked thru February 2018 and we just secured a much lesser sentence for the lad. Theo was understanding and patience thru the process and wh...en the final court appearance arrived just last week he did a brilliant HAIL MARY PLAY which we discussed beforehand and approved. I retained Mr. Serrabuttra to handle a criminal matter for me in Paulding County and the first day that I seen this man in person was when we went to court for a plea. He talks about being a former prosecutor in Paulding Co. and how that helps him there. Not once leading up to my plea did Mr. Serra...buttra ask me my side of the story. He did not care. To me all he was concerned with was the $6500 I paid him for this matter. In my opinion he is the worse lawyer you could get to represent you in any matter. He is not professional or courteous.
