Theo was very knowledgeable about the process and steps to take in my case. He was very honest and upfront about what I needed to do. He made his suggestion but ultimately allowed me to decide which route to take. He was upfront about his fees and services entailed and was true to his word with the s...upport and ensuring that what we both agreed to commit to was completed on each other’s part. He made recommendations to other facilities that made my process easy and smooth sailing. Very little extensive research was done on my part and I am happy to say that I chose Theo to represent me. WE HIRED ANOTHER LAWYER TO DEFEND MY FAMILY PERSON'S DUI CASE-THAT LAWER PASSED AWAY SUDDENLY ABOUT HALF WAY THROUGH THE CASE-WE HAD ALREADY PAID HIM FOR DEFENSE UP TO TRIAL IF THE CASE WAS SETTLED OUT OF COURT-THE AGREEMENT WAS THAT HE WOULD BE PAID AN ADDITIONAL FEE IF THE CASE WENT TO TRIAL-MR SER...EEBUTRA AGREED AS A PROFESSIONAL COURTESY (EVEN THOUGH HE WAS ONLY CASUALLY ACQUAINTED WITH THE DECEASED ATTORNEY ) TO TAKE OVER THE CASE AND FURNISH THE REMAINING SERVICES THE DECEASED ATTORNEY HAD AGREED TO PROVIDE FOR OUT OF COURT SERVICES WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT HE WOULD FURNISH TRIAL SERVICES FOR THE SAME FEE THE ORIGINAL ATTORNEY HAD AGREED TO IF A TRIAL WAS REQUIRED TO SETTLE THE CASE-MR SEREEBUTRA WAS ABLE TO NEGOTIATE A SETTLEMENT OUT OF COURT THAT WAS FAVORABLE TO US , THEREFORE NO TRIAL WAS REQUIRED MEANING THAT WE DID NOT OWE AN ADDITIONAL FEE.HE SPENT CONSIDERABLE TIME IN OUR DEFENSE AND DID A GREAT JOB KEEPING US INFORMED OF PROGRESS IN THE NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE PROSECUTOR..HE IS A SKILLED COMMUNICATOR AND DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB IN THE COURTROOM ON A COUPLE OF INTERIM APPEARANCES BEFORE THE JUDGE. IN OUR OPINION HE IS A MAN OF INTEGRITY AND AN EXCELLENT ATTORNEY.
