Mr. Sereebutra was nothing short of stellar throughout the entirety of my DUI case. In my case, I was presented with a situation where I was clearly in the wrong, and the court had everything that they needed in order to convict me of a DUI. Although we were at the mercy of the court, Mr. Sereebutr...a remained positive and was very supportive of me throughout the entire case. He was very clear and concise on what needed to be done as far as state requirements and he also helped me with all of the questions that I had along the way. Overall, I couldn't have hoped for a better attorney as Mr. Sereebutra was readily available and very thorough on his end. Thankfully, his hard work and dedication to my case resulted in a reduction in my sentencing and I was able to have a much more favorable outcome than what was initially expected. I unfortunately was charged with five serious charges(DUI, Reckless Driving, Disorderly Conduct, Two counts of Criminal Tresspaing), and was faced with significant fines and jail time. WE HIRED ANOTHER LAWYER TO DEFEND MY FAMILY PERSON'S DUI CASE-THAT LAWER PASSED AWAY SUDDENLY ABOUT HALF WAY THROUGH THE CASE-WE HAD ALREADY PAID HIM FOR DEFENSE UP TO TRIAL IF THE CASE WAS SETTLED OUT OF COURT-THE AGREEMENT WAS THAT HE WOULD BE PAID AN ADDITIONAL FEE IF THE CASE WENT TO TRIAL-MR SER...EEBUTRA AGREED AS A PROFESSIONAL COURTESY (EVEN THOUGH HE WAS ONLY CASUALLY ACQUAINTED WITH THE DECEASED ATTORNEY ) TO TAKE OVER THE CASE AND FURNISH THE REMAINING SERVICES THE DECEASED ATTORNEY HAD AGREED TO PROVIDE FOR OUT OF COURT SERVICES WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT HE WOULD FURNISH TRIAL SERVICES FOR THE SAME FEE THE ORIGINAL ATTORNEY HAD AGREED TO IF A TRIAL WAS REQUIRED TO SETTLE THE CASE-MR SEREEBUTRA WAS ABLE TO NEGOTIATE A SETTLEMENT OUT OF COURT THAT WAS FAVORABLE TO US , THEREFORE NO TRIAL WAS REQUIRED MEANING THAT WE DID NOT OWE AN ADDITIONAL FEE.HE SPENT CONSIDERABLE TIME IN OUR DEFENSE AND DID A GREAT JOB KEEPING US INFORMED OF PROGRESS IN THE NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE PROSECUTOR..HE IS A SKILLED COMMUNICATOR AND DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB IN THE COURTROOM ON A COUPLE OF INTERIM APPEARANCES BEFORE THE JUDGE. IN OUR OPINION HE IS A MAN OF INTEGRITY AND AN EXCELLENT ATTORNEY.
