I came to Mr. Sereebutra at the beginning of 2020 as a very distressed individual. I was arrested back in 2019. While not going into every detail of the incident, I was ultimately accused of a very serious offense that I did not commit. This was my first time ever being arrested, and due to the sever...ity of the consequences that I knew could follow a charge of that degree, it had all started to weigh very heavily on me mentally. On my frantic search for a criminal defense attorney, this is when I came across Mr. Sereebutra. Since the first day I stepped into his office for consultation, he was always upfront and honest with me. While at the same time, always very helpful and supportive. The county I was charged in was one of the toughest to be charged with a criminal offense, and this would not be an easy case. He was sure that I understood this before proceeding. Mr. Sereebutra was nothing short of stellar throughout the entirety of my DUI case. In my case, I was presented with a situation where I was clearly in the wrong, and the court had everything that they needed in order to convict me of a DUI. In Court, Theo was so masterful that I didn’t even have to speak at the hearing. Through his cross examination, he totally shredded the false TPO and exposed the lies. He even proved that this person had committed acts that were arrestable offenses. The TPO was rightfully dismissed, and as promised, Theo followed through by making sure that I received all applicable paperwork, including the all-important Order of Denial for a TPO signed by the Judge.
