Dee answered the prayers of my husband and I. Our children were put into the temporary custody of a family member because of our substance abuse. After doing rehab, getting clean, putting our lives back together we attempted to regain custody. We were denied custody after going before a judge becaus...e to our shock, the temporary guardian had hired a local Carrollton lawyer to fight us getting the babies back. Even after going to mediation, taking parenting classes, relentless and tons of hair follicle drug tests, etc., we were being bulldozed and denied custody. She worked so hard on this case & after 2 years (because of an appeal) we finally won. My son has his daddy who he has always known & our family is whole. She saved my sons life over & over these last 5 years & always had his best interest as her priority. I would (& have) recommend her to absoutely anyone. She is our families Angel & I will forever be grateful for her. There were times when I had lost all hope in the world. I was a hardened person & let nobody in. Diane & her friendship through this made me see there is still good in this world & there is hope for families who are just trying to love & raise their children in the most healthy & safe environment possible. If you want an attorney to give you 150% of their time & effort, then you must use Diane. All of her cases she takes are high priority to her & she will give each & every person who walks through her door the best that anyone could ever expect. I could keep listing all of the wonderful things she has given back to my family, but am not allowed that much space. I can not say enough wonderful things about this office! When my husband and I split i was terrified of losing my son. Diane was a God-send for me! She fought like a bulldog to get me everything I needed to support my family. When my ex just ignored the divorce order Diane filed contempt on my behalf. I am so thankful for God leading me to Diane. That is exactly what happened.
