Diane was a lifesaver for me. She helped me get custody of my daughter back in 2009. This case went on for almost two years due to the case getting moved from Carrollton to Douglasville and the fact that it kept getting postponed by the other side. She was very sympathetic to what my family and I wer...e going through at the time and fought very hard for me. This was a very difficult case and being that I am a man in GA and was trying to get full custody of my daughter I thought my chances were little to none. Diane never gave me any false hopes of winning. She was very forthcoming with the possibilities of the outcome but told me we had a real chance. When our final court date finally came I was so impressed with how hard she fought for me. She was prepared and made a great case on my behalf. We won the case and I was awarded full custody of my daughter. I am so grateful I had Diane on my side! This was a three-way custody battle. I was trying to get custody of my daughter and I was up against both her mom and grandparents. The grandparents were trying to take custody from their daughter and me. This was a very difficult time. After winning the case and maybe a year after court was over one of the grandparents said to me how great of a lawyer she was and they wished they would have had her on her side back then. I did a review years back but I was just telling a friend about her and happened to just start looking online at some of the reviews. I only saw two bad reviews basically saying she wasn't helpful to them and one made a comment they felt because he was a man or she is a man-hater she wouldn't help. She is just the opposite! She will give it to you like it is but not in a bad way just a factual way. Diane is truthful and my opinion is that if there wasn't a case to be made she would tell you. I don't think she is the type to just take money from someone just to keep money coming in. I can say that it was my first time ever using a lawyer and you can't help but worry how much effort is being put into to your case behind closed doors but let me tell you she was prepared and blew everyone away with how good she did. Even one of the bailiffs congratulated me after seeing him again and made comment how great she was. I will always be thankful to her and recommend her to anyone seeking a GREAT lawyer!

In February 2014 my EX and I filed for a divorce, He decided he wanted to fight me for full custody so that meant finding lawyers. I started with Daniel M Barns the case went on for over a year he took my money and did absolutely nothing to help me and my case move a long. Then with no warring at al...l he just dropped my case in march of 2015 because of to much interference from family members as he put it . Quitting was the best thing he did for my case because then I found Diane that was the best thing for my case .. Happy to report that Dianne Sternlieb is an awesome lawyer along with her staff. The law office is very professional and we had no problems getting the information we needed at any time we called. The most impressive thing for me was watching her work in the court room. I can’t begin to tell you how... proud I was of Dianne in this case and how she represented us. She conducted herself professionally and any issue was no problem for her. Here is another thing that impressed me. At the end of the day when the lawyers have their closing arguments the other party went first. A year ago to this date, I felt like my world was falling apart. I was confused not sure which way to turn and did not know what to do. The day I walked in Diane's office, was a life changing experience for me and my family. She changed the person I am today and made me a better mother, daughter, sis...ter and person.
