I couldnt have asked for a better, more professional lawyer to fight for our adoption case for my son. Diane is always on top her of game. After reading reviews online for Ms. Sternlieb I was eager to have a consultation for my child support/ visitation case. Ms. Sternlieb arrived 20 minutes late for starters and I was about to leave but figured with all these great reviews she's got to be good. I paid her 100 dollars in cash (mandato...ry), and the consultation was underway. I laid everything out for her on paper and even made up a calendar. From the start she acted like we were doing her a disservice. The "consultation" was basically made up of her badmouthing various judges, badmouthing men, and spewing her politics (all with a voice and tone reminiscent of Judge Judy btw)She flipped through my papers in 45 seconds and basically said the mother has full custody already so you don't have a case. I do not understand all the positive reviews unless they were all from women and she's a man hater. She gave me the feeling I lost before I even started, this is not the way a lawyer should be in my opinion...terrible, I do NOT recommend her for hire or consultation.

I used Diane Sternlieb for my legitimization case. Communication with this attorney is difficult and often blamed on " horse farm emergencies." She didn't care to know the details of my situation, and I didn't feel like she properly advocated on my behalf, and made it seem like my only option was to ...take every other weekend visitation because getting anything more wouldn't be a possibility. She made me feel that as a father, I had no choice but to take what I could get because the mother has the upper hand, I felt like I lost before I even got started.

I can't express enough how wonderful Diane and her staff have been through our most difficult time as a family. There's not enough words to explain how grateful we are to have her and much her representation strengthened what was right in our situation. She is very knowledgeable of the law and repre...sented us in a professional manner, fairly, and with compassion. She takes the time needed to get to know all the facts and spent time guiding us towards the most important parts of our case. Our case involved a medically fragile child and with her expertise she has added many years to this child's life. We could never fully repay her for what she has given us. She helped us complete our family and worked hard to fight for our protection. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of assistance with the law.

Diane represented me in my divorce a couple of years ago. My ex husband was not only a difficult jerk, he was also a cop in the county we live in. He went from threatening me with any and eveything he could and trying to male my life miserable, to settling out of court with me getting full custody of... my babies! They were there for me every step of the way and I would recommend her to anyone!
