If you are looking for THE attorney stop right here! I can't begin to even explain what this awesome attorney has done for my family. We have been in a case since 2011. She kept us very informed of what was happening and what we could expect next. I know she had to spend countless hours researching o...ther case laws, because when she came to court she was ready. We got to know each other very well. It was unreal to watch her and to know she was on our side. Without going into details this woman was able with our testimony's and facts to save the precious lives of two little boys. Wow to think after three long years it looks like we FINALLY have our life back. After escaping with my life from a very abusive and violent relationship , I remarried and it seemed that's when things went from bad to worse. My "baby daddy" wanted nothing to do with our little boys until he saw they... were finally out of his control and happy. My husband and I decided we needed protection and an adoption to keep them safe forever. As you can imagine a contested adoption is probably the hardest case to win. The day we walked out of Dee's office we knew she was the one. She told us straight up what to expect and the risk. After hearing my story she took me in like one of her own daughters. She promised to do everything in her power to protect us. She fought for my boys like they were her own grandchildren. We shared many laughs and just as many cries, sleepless nights together and hours on the phone. I had all but given up on the legal system because it had failed us and thank goodness it didn't cost me my life. I can never begin to tell you enough how amazing of an attorney she is. Her passion to protect those that can't protect themselves is simply amazing in itself. She is a powerhouse in that little frame. Its extremely impressive to receive a ruling from the judge and every quote and case law sighted came from your attorney, that's how you know how good she is. It's something you need to see for yourself. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

My current husband and I hired Diane a few years ago when we were tired of being pushed around by my daughter's father. We tried to be cooperative and allow visitation as he was able to and barely collected any type of child support. Things progressed to her being in situations I was not comfortable ...with, so we didn't feel it appropriate for her to be around him unsupervised. In return to this, my ex hired an attorney and went after us for FULL CUSTODY! We were outraged and called Diane. Understanding our situation, she became very involved and invested in seeing things work in our favor. Not only did we get full custody and decent monthly child support, she had him shaking in his boots at the first mediation session! He had absolutely no grounds to try for full custody, and the opposing lawyer simply cowered when Diane presented photos, statements, and other evidence that he was not fit to be a full-time dad. I felt like I was represented and defended in a way that made me feel powerful and in control of my child's future. The matter was resolved and we were happy without ever stepping foot in a courtroom! Diane was amazing! I wholeheartedly have and will recommend her to anyone seeking a lawyer who doesn't mess around!

I strongly recommend Mrs. Sternlieb. She helped me tremendously recently with a custody battle and she is my hero.
