There are not enough words and kudos for this attorney! I was in a terrible two year divorce from 2006 until 2008. The harassment did not stop at the conclusion of the divorce as my ex-husband made it his mission to start building a frivolous child custody case that also included many items from ...the divorce where he basically wanted a, “do over.” He filed his case July 1, 2009 and I obtained an attorney. I informed the attorney up front that I could not physically, mentally nor financially afford another 2 year court battle. (Being that I have a fairly good understanding of the law and process, I prepare a lot of the work myself and it is very organized.) However, as of September, 2011 the case was still not settled and the attorney had not even filed my answer to his motion. I was given Dee’s contact information, told she is feisty and takes nothing from male attorneys that think they are going to intimidate her. I retained Dee on September 15, 2011. She was furious at how things had progressed. She immediately filed a motion to dismiss and brief in support, had the case in court on December 12, 2011 and mopped the floor!!! This was a difficult case because my ex is extremely difficult and unreasonable to deal with. Dee had no problem picking up a case that was a mess a quickly turning it around. She has continued to stay in contact and recently represented me on contempt issues from the December 12, 2011 case. My ex is currently incarcerated as a result of the latest case. I always recommend Dee to anyone needing legal counsel. She will treat you fair and fight hard to win your case.

Wow to think after three long years it looks like we FINALLY have our life back. After escaping with my life from a very abusive and violent relationship , I remarried and it seemed that's when things went from bad to worse. My "baby daddy" wanted nothing to do with our little boys until he saw they... were finally out of his control and happy. My husband and I decided we needed protection and an adoption to keep them safe forever. As you can imagine a contested adoption is probably the hardest case to win. The day we walked out of Dee's office we knew she was the one. She told us straight up what to expect and the risk. After hearing my story she took me in like one of her own daughters. She promised to do everything in her power to protect us. She fought for my boys like they were her own grandchildren. We shared many laughs and just as many cries, sleepless nights together and hours on the phone. I had all but given up on the legal system because it had failed us and thank goodness it didn't cost me my life. I can never begin to tell you enough how amazing of an attorney she is. Her passion to protect those that can't protect themselves is simply amazing in itself. She is a powerhouse in that little frame. Its extremely impressive to receive a ruling from the judge and every quote and case law sighted came from your attorney, that's how you know how good she is.
