David Whitlow Frost

I so grateful that I chose Whit and his team to represent me. There were a lot of moving parts to my cases (6 charges in two counties, one of them a felony) but they committed to handling each one with care and concern. I found them to be accessible, understanding, and most of all firmly committed t...o advocating for me at every step of the process. Ultimately, I wound up with nothing more than probation and all of the charges will be dropped from my record when my probation ends. I am so glad I chose him to represent me and would encourage anyone else to do the same.

Initially I retained Whit to handle a child abandonment charge from my ex. Whit gave amazing advice and didnt let me accept a plea because we knew we were right. Eventually it went to trial and Whit is nothing short of legendary when he goes to trial. Found not guilty on all counts. I then filed for ...a divorce from my estranged wife. Whit was very informative and gave great council throughout the entire divorce process. We ended up have to go to a hearing before the judge in that case as well. And again, he amazed me!! I hope I never need him again but if I do, he is my attorney for life!
