I so grateful that I chose Whit and his team to represent me. There were a lot of moving parts to my cases (6 charges in two counties, one of them a felony) but they committed to handling each one with care and concern. I found them to be accessible, understanding, and most of all firmly committed t...o advocating for me at every step of the process. Ultimately, I wound up with nothing more than probation and all of the charges will be dropped from my record when my probation ends. When you find yourself in the difficult position of actually needing an attorney Whit and his team will represent your interest well. Getting a divorce and fighting for custody of my daughter, I was as emotionally "all in" as I could possibly be. This was the first time I had ever been in a pos...ition like this and I couldn't wrap my head around all the challenges you face as a father and male trying to get primary custody of your child. Whit and his team convinced me that this was all "business as usual" for them and made me comfortable with allowing them to guide the process. When it was all said and done, I didn't get primary custody and settled for less......but what I settled for was a TON of time with my daughter and an iron clad guarantee, based on the rights I was solely awarded, that my daughter would remain very close to me throughout her K-12 education with no option of her mother taking her out of her current school district. That was a WIN in my book and I was ultimately happy with the outcome and the professionalism shown to me by Whit and his team throughout the experience.
