DEBORD INTENTIONALLY DID NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ME WHICH RESULTED IN A TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE... A CONVICTION. HE DID NOT ALLOW ME TO ASSIST IN MY OWN DEFENSE. HE CLEARLY DID NOT POSSESS LEGAL KNOWLEDGE FOR PARTICULAR CIRCUMSTANCES SUCH AS CLIENT ILLNESS, NOR DID HE USE VALUABLE WITNESSES AND EVIDENCE. ... DEBORD ALLOWED THE PROSECUTOR TO EXACERBATE CHARGES WITHOUT QUESTIONING, AND FAILED TO ADDRESS THE JUDGE'S BIAS AGAINST ME. HE FURTHER CAUSED NUMEROUS UNWARRANTED DETENTIONS BY NOT PRESENTING CORRECT FACTS TO THE COURT RE MY MEDICAL CONDITIONS. HE DID NOT DEFEND ME WHEN FALSE/INCORRECT STATEMENTS WERE PRESENTED. HE REFUSED TO ADVISE ME OF PROCEEDINGS, AND MADE DETRIMENTAL DECISIONS WITHOUT MY INPUT. THIS INCLUDES ALLOWING FALSE /TAINTED TESTIMONY WITHOUT QUESTIONING OR PROVIDING OPPOSING EVIDENCE AVAILABLE. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!!
