Joseph is an excellent lawyer. I hired him for my divorce and couldn't be happier with the results. Divorce is sad and scary, but Joe does his best to prepare you before, during and then follows through. I had two experiences which meant more to me that he could imagine. The first time I met with him was for a consultation only. I needed to know would I be ok? He listened, took careful ...notes and assured me "I Would Be OK.' In that same meeting, he told me I was not emotionally ready to follow through with the divorce, and maybe my husband and I could work it out. He said had seen it before and hoped it was for us. With that he reassured me I could call anytime. Unfortunately, I did call and many times on his personal cell phone. He gave me the number the first time we met, and I used it even on weekends. He answered, called back and texted many times when he should have been with his family, not a client. I feel bad about that. Early in the financial discovery process, he was given some surprising information from my husband's lawyer. He told me he was not going to share it with me that day because I would "be mad and hurt." When he did, he was right. I was mad, and I was hurt.
