I feel very confident and honored to write a review for such an amazing lawyer and person. Mr. Zdrilich made my experience comfortable and won my case without a glitch. During my trial, Mr. Joseph was never late, always prepared, and was very positive. He made me feel that my case was already won wi...th his confidence and evidence! Although I was the defendant in my case, I felt like the plaintiff. I noticed that He builds positive relationships with others and is friendly to those he encounters; however, He is powerful and persuasive in the court room. When ever I was feeling unsure about my case, Mr. Zdirlich would recharge my confidence by letting me know it was going to ok. He also made jokes which also encouraged me to relax. I have a 7 year history of being back and forth to court for modification of parental rights by my ex. There's a lot of stress in these types of cases; however, with Mr. Zdrilich being my lawyer, I am persuaded that my 7 year court battles are over & if it's not, I would not hesitate to hire him as my attorney once more. The atmosphere of His office is relaxing, the lawyers & staff are very professional and caring, and the office it self is beautiful, especially the conference room. Overall, my case was won & I'm still the physical costodial parent of my daughter with more child support. I appreciate the dedication Mr. Zdrilich has shown for myself & family. Joseph Zdrilich ably represented me through a contentious divorce. After 20 years my relationship with my spouse was coming to an end and there were the child custody considerations and marital assets to be split. Although there are no winners, I was grateful that I had Joe in my corner. He was t...ransparent when it came to his billing and fees which were reasonable and easy to understand. Joe successfully defended me through myriad false charges in an attempt from my ex-wife to use those charges as leverage to obtain custody of our children. Joe was calm, wise, and acted in a prudent manner through these allegations and most importantly kept me calm and grounded. I later appreciated his demeanor because I have heard of lawyers that use these opportunities to have their clients act in a manner that would not be in their best interest while raising their bill through the roof. Ultimately I prevailed against the false charges and was granted primary custody of my children. Joe also helped me to successfully formulate a visitation schedule for my ex-spouse, a fair buy out settlement of my home in which I currently reside with my children, and a fair child support settlement from my former wife. Joe and his staff are professional, high caliber people which was apparent from the beginning. He knew all the judges and has built professional relationships while maintaining a great reputation. His goal was to fight for me while doing the right thing legally, morally and what was in the best interest of his client. My friend went to Joe with me to fight her ex for proper Child Support. She did not know the law and Ex was out of state. Not only did Joe get the Ex back to here, he made him furnish all income so the proper Child Support could be calulated. Now she will get a hugh raise to support her child.
