When I initially consulted with Miss Carter, she immediately took my case stating that I had a very strong one. Upon her request, I gave her a full and super organized file of a timeline of the events pertaining to my situation. For seven months, I never heard from her until I decided to check on th...e status of my case. She was unreachable. When she finally answered her phone, I was shocked by her response. She kempt me in the dark by not communicating. Two weeks after that, the EEOC had issued the Right to Sue. Miss Carter emailed me to let me know that she had withdrawn from my case hence making me lose 2 weeks from the deadline. I eventually lost the whole case.

Ms. Carter has assisted me with a number of legal issues. She has a vast knowledge of employment law and I have seen her doggedly fight for what is right. She has always provided me with clear and consistent communication about the issues and status with the case. She is always open and honest about ...any situation that has come up and she isn't afraid to let you know the truth.
