Tracy Leigh Rhodes

My experience with Tracy Rhodes started out great, but quickly went downhill once I realized how unorganized and unprofessional she is. She is not equip to handle high income divorce cases and is definitely NOT in favor of women who are stay at home Moms or work part time even though she claims that... she will help her clients "get divorced with as much money in their pockets as possible." I felt at times she was actually more in favor of helping my ex husband NOT have to pay as much as he was responsible for! Tracy is not responsive to emails, which is the main source of communication and was she not prepared for many of our calls and meetings. She dropped the ball several times during our case, causing delays and was unapologetic about it. She is very unorganized and last minute, which didn't sit well with me. Luckily I am organized and did my due diligence... my settlement would have been much different and not at all what I ended up with if I hadn't contacted other professionals (lawyers and financial advisors) to assist with my case. She went so far as to say and I quote from an email "you present as a spoiled, entitled women who believes she is entitled to her lifestyle and doesn't have to lift a finger to contribute to it." That is just the beginning of the long email bashing me about the lifestyle that we had and able to afford based on my Ex's high income (that he lied about for entire marriage of 22 years!). I feel she is a bitter, jealous woman who DOES NOT need to be representing women going through a divorce, especially if they aren't the one who filed! I could give more examples of Tracy's unprofessionalism, but I think this proves enough.

I was told about Tracy and Rhodes Law by a family friend who had used them in her divorce and was very happy with her results. I was a bit skeptical because another lawyer had lead me to believe that my case was a lost cause. At my family's urging, I met with Tracy and outlined my rather unique situa...tion. Tracy was very attentive and understanding as I shared my story. Afterwards, she was actually excited that I'd come to her with my case and looked forward to the challenge ahead. For the first time in years, I had hope! Tracy and Elena were always forthcoming with information and constantly kept me in the loop as things progressed. They were patient whenever I had questions or concerns and quick with responses. Ultimately, Tracy was able to get the judge who had ruled on my initial divorce to reverse his decision and have it set aside. She then facilitated a settlement and final decree that got me exactly what I wanted and deserved. I could not be happier with the service Rhodes Law provided. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. I would highly recommend Tracy and her team to anyone looking for a divorce lawyer who is compassionate but has no problem fighting tooth and nail for you!

Tracy was absolutely amazing. She fought hard for me and got me what I believe to be the best outcome I could have gotten. She is a great listener and really seemed to care about me as a person, not just another check. Between her and her team I was always updated and had whatever help needed to feel... comfortable. If I ever need legal help again I am definitely calling Tracy!

Tracy went above and beyond our expectations. She kept us focused and emotionally sane during a three year roller coaster ride from mediation to trial to getting us a retrial.
