Sean Robert Whitworth

I am very pleased with the results of my case. Sean worked after hours to help with my crazy work schedule. He quickly responds to my emails whenever I had a concern or question. I was petitioned for a family law case for my daughter which her father was seeking legitimization, name change, visitat...ion and child support modification. He helped me figure out tactics to be successful in my case. Sean put a contempt of child support order in and I won! I child support stayed the same and my arrears added to the monthly amount. I also, won with keeping my daughters last same as it has been for the 4 years of her life. She carries my last name and is carried by me and my family. She has been identified as that last name. I was very happy that I got everything I wanted from my case plus more. I would recommend him to anybody.

Sean did a great job helping me through my divorce process. I interviewed three divorce attorneys before talking to Sean and he was the only one who took the time to listen to me. What should have been a simple, uncomplicated divorce became complicated with three visits to the court due to the opposi...te party unwillingness to cooperate. And he did all of that for a flat fee. At the end I got exactly what he promised me on my very first visit. Sean was always helpful. He answered my questions in a timely manner. Mr. Whitworth assured that we would win my case and we did. It was a bit difficult because I am deployed but that never stopped him from moving things forward. He kept me up to date on everything right when it happened. There was never a doubt in my mind that my divorce wouldn't be finalized. It only... took him a few months to get me my divorce decree. I replaced my attorney with Sean because he was dragging out the case and charging me by the hour. At first, I was afraid that Sean would not do a good job since he charged a flat rate of 1/2 what I had already paid my first attorney. My other attorney had only done about 10% of the work so Sean ha...d to do the other 90%. But, I was wrong. Sean got the case into court quickly and represented me with vigor. Also, his staff was very friendly and helpful.

Sean did everything he said he would (and ended up doing more!) for the initial fee he gave me. My trial had a few unnecessary continuations and Sean never added any fees or charges throughout the process. My case was fairly simply, yet unrelated to his field; however, he was very knowledgable and ne...ver ran into any speed bumps. He could be a bit difficult to get a hold of sometimes, but that was my only discrepancy. He was more helpful than I could have hoped for and performed better than my peers lawyers (whom had the same case as myself) and for a cheaper price. Overall he did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know in need of a lawyer.
