AWESOME ATTORNEY
Sean represented my Contempt case. In the end I was awarded the credit card debt reimbursement from my 2011 divorce. He was very prepared and confident and gave me the confident and less stress about the case, the courtroom and being put on the stand. He show up every time the opposing attorney didn'...

Too good to be true, tells you what you want to hear to get the case
I reached out to Sean for a custody matter. When I met Sean to discuss the case, expectations and payment (first and only time I saw him) he assured me I had a good case and had nothing to worry about. It started out well but rapidly changed. Lack of replies, availability, out of the office without n...
I am sorry you feel this way but obviously I disagree strongly with your false assertions in this matter. I am obligated to obey the rules of superior court, and trials that are called for a hearing take precedence over mediations. I am disturbed by your misrepresentations as there was a great deal of work done on your matter. I will stand by my offices work in this matter, which was extensive. Regardless, I take great pride in my offices practices, preparation and fair billing methods. Never have we not performed to the height of ethical standards and diligence and honored our flat fee commitment whether the matter takes a month or years.

Legal Hack! What a waste of money.
Sean puts on a good show before he has your money. He tells you everything you want to hear. I remember at the consultation thinking "this guy is good." Wow! I couldn't not have been more wrong. Go play the lottery. You have a better chance of winning than by hiring this lazy crook. So the back st...
Chris I am sorry you feel this way and because of attorney privilege I am not at liberty to post the facts of this matter. However, it is very disingenuous of you to state that nothing was done in a two year matter and that something was done to you at a mediation in which there is no commitment other than the one you choose to make. Mediation is not binding is not arbitration nor a hearing, in fact mediation is a neutral negotiation in which the parties attempt to resolve their matter and everything discussed remains in the rooms after unless there is a settlement. There is no obligation to make the choice to agree unless the client chooses and this is clearly explained in the process. To come back after so much time and slander my office that remained on your matter for two years while remaining committed to the flat fee accepted and make these false statements is disturbing. I will stand by my offices practice and our commitment to clients.
"I was peripherally involved in a case with Sean, who represented a parent in a custody dispute. While everyone else was usually up in arms with drama, including myself, Sean remained collected and focused, and kept the case on track. The case recently resolved at mediation, and the outcome was the best possible scenario for all parties, and most importantly, the baby. Sean is patient and kind to all parties throughout litigation, but can and certainly will, become the staunch advocate that is needed to make sure the law is followed, and his client's legal rights protected. I recommend Sean to anyone who wants to ensure the best possible outcome for themselves and their children in a custody dispute. Custody dipsutes are painful enough as is....you need an attorney who will avoid the drama and stay focused on the lives that will be affected."
"A true professional. Incredibly knowledgeable, and result driven. Highly recommended. I endorse this lawyer."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Whitworth is a very knowledgeable attorney in the area of Family Law and well respected in the community."
"I endorse this lawyer. Sean has a vast knowledge of the law and is a skilled advocate in the courtroom. I have seen him get excellent results for his clients."
