I am so impressed with Attorney Sean Whitworth! His passion and knowledge that come from is devotion to his Craft as well as his experience, become evident from the moment you meet him and discuss your concerns. I used Sean for a Criminal Matter concerning my Daughter as well as on a Family Law Iss...ue. Excellence is an understatement. His tenacious personality in Court has gained the respect of the Judges and fellow Attorneys. I highly recommend Sean Whitworth to anyone that needs fair, solid representation.

My divorce case is still pending so I can't say for sure how it will turn out but I only have positive comments to make about my experience with Sean so far. Starting with the first time I spoke with Sean for a free consultation he has done an excellent job of letting me know exactly what to expect d...uring each phase of the process. Also, his courtroom presence is ideal as an advocate for me as plaintiff and resulted in a more favorable temporary ruling for my children than I ever expected. Highly recommended!!

I replaced my attorney with Sean because he was dragging out the case and charging me by the hour. At first, I was afraid that Sean would not do a good job since he charged a flat rate of 1/2 what I had already paid my first attorney. My other attorney had only done about 10% of the work so Sean ha...d to do the other 90%. But, I was wrong. Sean got the case into court quickly and represented me with vigor. Also, his staff was very friendly and helpful.

Sean did everything he said he would (and ended up doing more!) for the initial fee he gave me. My trial had a few unnecessary continuations and Sean never added any fees or charges throughout the process. My case was fairly simply, yet unrelated to his field; however, he was very knowledgable and ne...ver ran into any speed bumps. He could be a bit difficult to get a hold of sometimes, but that was my only discrepancy. He was more helpful than I could have hoped for and performed better than my peers lawyers (whom had the same case as myself) and for a cheaper price. Overall he did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know in need of a lawyer.

***DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER!!!!**** WARNING!!! SEAN IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LAWYER YOU COULD POSSIBLY HIRE IF YOU ARE FIGHTING FOR THE CUSTODY OF YOUR CHILDREN, NEVERMIND IF ITS AN EMERGENCY. HE WILL ABSOLUTELY RIP YOU OFF AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. HE LIKES TO BLOW UP ON YOU AND LITERALLY START SCR...EAMING OVER THE PHONE WHEN YOU ASK A SIMPLE QUESTION. THEN MUCH LIKE A CHILD, HE WILL SEND AN EMAIL AFTERWARDS STATING THAT HE IS SORRY FOR GOING OFF ON YOU. HE DIDNT FILE THE PAPERWORK WE TALKED ABOUT IN OUR INITIAL CONVERSATION, BUT HE WAS VERY QUICK TO TAKE OUR DEPOSIT AND REFUSES TO RETURN ANY OF THE MONEY. WE HAD TO HIRE A NEW LAWYER BECAUSE SEAN CANCELLED OUR MEETING WITH HIM AND WE HAD NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH HIM BEFORE OUR COURT DATE. UPON HIRING OUR NEW LAWYER, THEY STATED THIS WOULDNT BE THE FIRST TIME THEY'VE HEARD OF HIM BEING FIRED AND HE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING IN THE COURT ROOM AND TREATS HIS CLIENTS AWFULLY. DONT EVEN BOTHER PEOPLE!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND YOUR MONEY!!!
