Biography
Diana Whipkey Young has been helping clientsand providing excellent service for over 31 years. She grew up in Marietta, Cobb County, Georgia. Ms. Young is well known and respected by judges and fellow lawyers. She cares about her clients and finds it rewardng to help each and every one of them, Her dedication and devotion to her clients is there throughout the entire case and until the case is completed.
Ms. Young graduated from the University of Georgia law school cum laude and at the top of her class in 1983. Her undergraduate degree was from the University of Georgia where she graduated magna cum laude with general honors. She first worked in the prosecutor's office where she honed her skills as a trial lawyer, trying a huge number of non-jury and jury trials.
Thereafter, she worked for a local law firm as an associate and then as a partner. She then formed her own firm which is now known as The Young Law Firm. Her clients have included thousands of individuals facing traffic and criminal charges, involved in divorces, child custody matters, legitimations, family violence charges, modifications, contempt, and other domestic matters, and those injured. She also represents businesses involved in civil disputes.
She is involved in charitable and community service organizations and believes in giving back to her community.
