After a terrible revocation hearing with a smug, non-caring and biased public defender who wanted me to take a 3 years prison sentence, I requested, to the judge, a postponement during my hearing to hire an attorney that will have my best interest in hand and dismiss the public defender. Surprisingly..., my request was granted by the judge. I was afterwards referred (by someone who was in the jail with me) to attorney Sandra Dawson. He said that she was an exellent attorney who will fight for her clients with all fairness and she had an excellent track record. I asked for her card so that I could call her to set up a consultation at the jail... Surprisingly, she came to the jail within a few days. We discussed my case and my options. I was sold that she would fight for my best interest in this case so I told her that a relative would contact her on the outside to handle the finances to begin my representation. Attorney Dawson met with me a few more times to go over our case and plan. We disagreed a few times on issues with my case because I felt that the attorney should do as the client says and not the reverse, I just wanted to get out of jail ASAP and I wasn't thinking clearly. She is the PROFESSIONAL... She could have let me ruin my chances of avoiding prison if she would have let me take the case to trial, as I wished . But no... Ms Dawson, being the legal expert and attorney, shot down my ideas for a trial defense, got me to buy into her strategy with sound legal reasoning and plain old common sense. Attorney Dawson got my sentence reduced to where I didn't have to serve prison time. I served 90 days and the case was closed. Attorney Dawson won't steer you wrong! Thank you Counselor!

Sandra G. Dawson knows her field well. During the frightening ordeal I encountered, Ms. Dawson informed me with the knowledge of what could happen to me and a plan of action we will take to resolve my case victoriously. My case lasted a lengthy time to me and during this time Ms. Dawson, took very... good care of me and to my surprise said some wonderful things to me that was a true blessing to me. Those things kept me calm and my head on straight. Nearing the end of my ordeal, Ms. Dawson was able to get my case completely resolved with a phone call. A PHONE CALL!
