Dawn Levine was recommended to me with high regard by a fellow attorney to help me reconcile the estate of a deceased friend. During this experience I found her and her legal services to be professional and satisfying such that I decided to have her prepare the estate documents for myself and a companion that included a revocable living trust, will, Georgia Health Care Directive, durable power of attorney, and other related documents. During this experience I became more familiar with Dawn and her legal practice and found my previous observations of her pleasant demeanor and competent service to be confirmed.
In general, I found Dawn to be a warm and delightful person to work with who has a unique combination of professionalism, understanding, thoroughness, and patience. Her sense of humor and appreciation of mine made the experience enjoyable. At no time did I feel a need to question her judgment or legal knowledge. She gave me the opportunity to do some tasks myself, I never felt rushed while reviewing documents, and she answered my questions without hesitation.
Her office in Marietta was convenient to get to, I found her staff to be pleasant and responsive, and documents were prepared well and in a timely manner.
All in all I was very grateful to have her legal assistance and personal approach in handling my friend’s estate, and the development of very sensitive and important estate documents.

My wife and I finally decided to get our wills/trust done. We had no idea what to expect, but guessed it would be a complicated process. We were completely wrong.
Dawn walked us through everything very easily, and offered valuable advice along the way. It was like we were working with a friend. In two short visits, everything was signed and completed!
We are confident that if anything pops up in the future, Dawn will be able to help us. We appreciate her efforts and have full trust in her and her work.

Dawn was extremely professional and, at the same time, very personable. She assisted our family with setting up power of attorney and several other documents that will be necessary as my mother ages. She walked us through the legal process step-by-step so that we understood each element. She also treated my mother, who is experiencing some anxiety and memory loss with the utmost grace and courtesy. I would highly recommend her services.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Dawn is the first person I think of when I see a guardianship case or issue, because she is tremendously talented and experienced as well as being deeply compassionate and generous. Guardianship law is a sensitive area where people on both sides of the case can be vulnerable, and where an attorney who is both skilled in the law and a truly decent human being can make a significant difference in their lives. Dawn is both those things, as well as a tireless supporter of the legal community and one of our best local citizens. I can't endorse her strongly enough.
