Scott showed little interest in defending my son, even though we hired him and paid in full up front. He had excuses for every time our case was delayed or postponed. He was not available to talk to my Incarcerated son or myself. Not only did he have personal issues, he also prioritized his cases..., thus we had an indefinite wait for our case. Even though my other son and I had personally gathered defense info and an eye witness, he ignored it and Scott let my son sit in jail for six months and then negotiated a plea deal with his friend the DA. Even though the so called victims had left the country and the county didn't have any witnesses to support the charges, Scott convinced my son to plea to a felony in order to get out of jail.
