I AM PROUD TO SAY THAT DRAKE HAS REPRESENTED MY FAMILY FOR YEARS!! WHAT I LOVE ABOUT HIM IS THAT HE DOESNT SUGAR COAT ANYTHING! I CALL/TXT HIM AND ALWAYS GET A RESPONSE EVEN DURING LATE HOURS. I KNEW I COULD BE SCREWED! HE TOLD ME THESE EXACT WORDS WE HOPING FOR THE BEST BUT THE WORST CAN HAPPEN! SO FROM AN OFFER OF 30 YEAR TO SERVE 10 WITH A $250k FINE HE DID HIS THING AND GOT ME A STRAIGHT 15 OF PROBATION WITHOUT MY FIRST OFFENDERS BEING REVOKED! BEST ATTORNEY HANDS DOWN!

My son was arrested in Gwinnett County and was appointed Scott Drake. My comment was not favorable about an appointed attorney (had a bad experience before), but my son had no money to hire anyone for an Aggravated assault charge. My brother has been failed by the justice system at least 3 times. Scott, although harsh at times, was there and helped us through the process.
