The first hospital assessment failed because my husband was depressed and unable to answer their questions. So they didn’t give the admission. Then I had to find another hospital so for the second assessment Philip Kim Law went to the jail to help facilitate the assessment which was successful and we received the admission. The court date Philip Kim WON the case and dismissed the case and my husband was released from jail and he went to a treatment center.
