Philip Kim

I looked at a few on-line sites to look for a lawyer. I realized it was a Traffic/DUI lawyer that I needed to hire. After searching many sites, Mr. Philip Kim was the one that stood out for me, and had no regrets about my decision. I was fighting charges of speeding, failure to maintain lane, and a D...UI. All of this being charged to me because I refused a breathalyzer and so all of these charges were bogus to me and I needed some one to fight for me. From day one, I told Mr. Kim all that I could recite from when I was pulled over. He and his assistant were always great in communicating information in regards to my driver's license (possible suspension) and with my court date. So after a few months, Mr. Kim got my license to not be suspended and that was without needing to appear in court for this. He got the prosecutor to agree to drop the DUI and speeding charges and for me to Nolo contendere to reckless driving. No points on my license, no probation and just to pay one fine. I was very happy, and appreciative that he was able to get me those results. He also provided me a letter of explanation of my court outcome which I needed for my job which that too I was very appreciative of. When I had first read about my charges on-line, and the possible outcomes, it had stressed me and had affected my life. After my court date and the outcome that I received and agreed to, it was such a heavy weight lifted off my shoulders. I would definitely recommend Philip Kim and at least, speak with him before deciding on your final hire of a lawyer. You will not regret hiring this lawyer. I will always be grateful to him for that. The Philip Kim Law is a lawyer that you can trust. Philip is my second lawyer. My first lawyer did not do anything and when we were in court he did not even open his mouth. My understanding of a lawyer is that they should talk to the Judge on my behalf but my first lawyer did not do anything and ...we lost the case. Immediately after I started looking for attorneys and the first attorney I called was Philip Kim Law. Philip Kim answered the phone and after speaking about my husband’s case with him he told me exactly what he can do for my husband’s case. Then I realized this is a good idea. Philip Kim had a very positive attitude. I was trying to do some things beside what Philip Kim was doing then he called me and told me “let me do my job as you hired me as your lawyer.” From that moment, my mind was very comfortable and with each conversation he reassured us that he promised to try his best for our case. However, Philip Kim Law went back to the jail to visit my husband and made sure that my husband would call me from the jail which he did. We needed a hospital assessment in my husband’s case. The first hospital assessment failed because my husband was depressed and unable to answer their questions. So they didn’t give the admission. Then I had to find another hospital so for the second assessment Philip Kim Law went to the jail to help facilitate the assessment which was successful and we received the admission. The court date Philip Kim WON the case and dismissed the case and my husband was released from jail and he went to a treatment center. I want to recommend Philip Kim Law as your lawyer if you are struggling like me. You can believe him 100% and you can trust Philip Kim Law with your legal case. Three things made my mind more comfortable during my distress time, Philip Kim said: I will do my best I promise. Let me do the job that you hired me to do as your lawyer. I want to win to get your husband out of jail. Whenever I talked to Philip Kim Law these three things that they promised me gave me positive thinking that my husband would be out of jail.
