Biography
Jesse is graduate of John Marshall Law School, and completed his undergraduate study at Georgia College and State University, where he majored in Political Science and Philosophy.
A native to the State of Goergia, Jesse was a stand out athelete and excelled in baseball. During the summers, Jesse was routinely traveling with various summer baseball programs. While he originally went to college on a full baseball scholarship, Jesse hung up his cleats after a college internship with the Baldwin County District Attorney's office exposed him to the law and the thrill of trial.
It was during one particular case in his internship that Jesse confirmed his decision to pursue a legal career. The case involved a fist fight outside a bar near Lake Sinclair. A man trying to protect his family from an agressive, drunken attacker punched the attacker one time in the head. The man fell dead. At trial the defense offered little evidence and pieced together one feeble argument after another, only confusing the jury. The Defendant was sentenced to 8 years in prison. He was a hard worker and a new father.
From this Jesse discovered that not all attorneys are created equal, and zealous advocacy in any case - for any client - is often the last divider between the client and disaster. Because of this experience, Jesse has devoted his practice to ensuring that each client receives individual attention and thorough preparation.
Jesse's studies have taken him around the world. In 2007, he studied at the prestigous Sydney University School of Law in Sydney, Australia. While in country, Jesse also worked with a local solicitor's (in Australia, all attorney's are called solicitors, not just prosecutors) office and experienced trials on issues from injury to criminal defense -- all the way on the other side of the world.
In his spare time, Jesse travels with his wife and enjoys being with his family. An avid outdoorsman, Jesse likes to hunt, fish, target shoot, kayak, horseback, and off-road.
