Biography
Richard S. Griffin, Esq. is the Atlanta personal injury attorney responsible for founding the Griffin Law Firm, P.C. Since 1995, his private practice has been dedicated to helping victims of car accidents, truck accidents, work accidents, and so much more recover the compensation they both need and deserve. Attorney Griffin received his law degree from the Georgia State College of Law where he served as president of the Student Trial Lawyers Association in 1993 and 1994. During his time in law school, the aspiring attorney interned at The State Board of Workers’ Compensation, during which time he learned invaluable information about workplace accidents and workers’ comp that he still uses in his practice today. Currently, the lawyer is a member of the American Association for Justice, Strathmore’s Who’s Who, the State Bar of Georgia, and the American Bar Association. He is also a champion member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Attorney Griffin is licensed to practice in the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Superior Court of Georgia, the Federal Court – Northern District, and the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation.
