Ms. Vega was extremely nice and consultative in our initial call. However, she would never return my calls or emails. That is very important to people who are in the middle of a tough situation. Being responsive is one of the best business practices any business can have, and it's one of the most bas...ic rudimentary one's as well. I hate to leave this review for her because she was so nice, but when I was forwarded to voicemail multiple times when using my cellphone but was picked up immediately when I called from my work line, that was odd and irritating. Any type of news/update would have satisfied me, whether good or bad. I wrote/called her back Jan 8, it's 5 days later.

Attorney Andrea David-Vega needs to go back for a refresher course in bankruptcy. She advised me that she could probably discharge attorneys fees awarded by family court, which is not true. She also advised me that Chapter 7 was not a viable option if I made too much money, which is not true. Had ...I known that the attorneys fees were not dischargeable, I would have filed an appeal. Instead, I am stuck wtih paying several thousand dollars of attorney fees. Thanks Andrea!
