I represent physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice litigation, including wrongful death, birth injury, and other high-exposure cases. I enjoy both trial and appellate work. I also advise hospitals and other healthcare providers on compliance with state and federal laws regarding peer review, HIPAA, and other matters. I also have broad experience in employment law, business litigation, and other complex litigation at Ogletree Deakins, where I represented employers in federal and state litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, wage and hour disputes, non-compete covenants, and trade secrets. I have also counseled employers on compliance with complex state and federal wage and hour laws.
