Victoria graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina Upstate in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and a cognate in psychology. She went on to obtain a Doctorate of Juris Prudence from the Charleston School of Law in 2014. The combination of Victoria's educational background and real world experience allows her to be an effective communicator who knows the law and understands people.
Finding her passion in helping others who have been injured, Victoria opened the Victoria Smith Law Firm, LLC in 2020, allowing her to devote her practice exclusively to personal injury and to focus on a select number of cases. Victoria is a strong advocate for her clients and works vigorously to help them recover.
