I couldn't have asked for more

I needed top notch legal assistance and I was fortunate enough to call the Charlie Condon Law Firm. They had a wonderful attitude and were the epitome of pleasant during my entire time working with them. Helped me get a Second Chance

I found myself in the middle of an awful situation after a mistake that involved alcohol and collateral damage. I asked around for recommendations on defense attorneys and kept hearing "Charlie Condon" over and over again. Once I reached out to his office, I appreciated the thoroughness of his staff and the ability to work with me. There was an extremely thorough amount of information that was collected and I felt assured that we would be well prepared for the court date. His demeanor, preparation, understanding of the processes and personalities inside the court all contributed to a positive outcome. On the day of the hearing, Charlie orchestrated everything with the prosecutor, worked with me on how best to represent my sincere apologies and how to best try to move forward. Following his advice, I was able to enter into an agreement that allowed me to keep my life and my livelihood and gave me a second chance to become an upstanding member of society, along with paying up for my mistakes. Had I not hired Charlie, I might have been in a very different position today, and not a positive one. I thank him immensely for the fine work he did for me that helped me turn things around in the long run.

Contested Guardianship

I hired Charlie for a contested guardianship case concerning my special needs son. I am extremely happy with the results. After interviewing several other attorneys in the area I decided to hire Charlie, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. He is the absolute best attorney I have ever worked with. When Charlie tells you he is going to do something, he actually does it! Unfortunately, that is a rare quality these days. Diligent, Trust Worthy, Caring Criminal Defense Attorney and Staff

I live outside of South Carolina (approximately 9 hours away) and my son is currently working in South Carolina. I contacted Mr. Condon after my son received a charge that required a criminal defense attorney. This was a difficult and scary time for my family especially because I don't live in the South Carolina area and had to rely solely on the attorney we chose for everything. This was a first offense and the whole process was foreign to us. Upon my first phone call on a Sunday afternoon to consult with an attorney I immediately received a call back from Emily. Emily took my information and made me feel like I was talking to a family member. She truly cared about my feelings and fears. She immediately put me at ease and explained exactly what we would be facing during this legal journey. Charlie immediately started working on my son's case and their team kept us informed of all of our options and what we should expect along the way as well as an expected outcome. We are now 4 months out from that initial charge date and Charlie has given us the results that he predicted during those initial conversations. This was a very difficult time, but Charlie and the team at Condon law were there every step of the way and laid our fears to rest and got us fantastic results. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Charlie and Emily are in providing simply the best legal representation as well as support, empathy, patience, and guidance you will be able to find from an attorney and his staff, anywhere. Outstanding Lawyer!

Mr. Condon was recommended to me by a friend who had recently required his services. Charlie was very professional and always kept me well informed of what was going on with my case. If he didn't have a chance to call me back his assistant Emily would. They would never keep me in the dark or keep me wondering what was going on. He has held high positions in his career and it shows. He has been in the business a long time and it showed in the court room when it mattered most.
