Helpful, Patient and Overall Wonderful!

As someone that has no experience with criminal issues, when we had to deal with the police and courts, Austin was exactly the lawyer I wanted on my side. He was patient explaining everything, made sure we were comfortable with all the next moves. I could not recommend or rave enough about Austin!

Excellent Lawyer-attentive, courteous, quick, & stress free

I was arrested in the summer of 2015 on a cockamamie charge of trespassing after notice. While I take responsibility for not walking away when I should have, I shood up to the injustices of a local hospital and their public safety police. I immediately hired Austin at Kulp law firm from a recommendat...ion of friend. Austin was quick to get on the case and within a short period of time, my case was dropped and I received my expungement order removing my arrest, fingerprints, etc from the records. If you want someone that you can trust and count on to get your case tried properly, Austin at Kulp Law Firm is your guy!

DUI in Charleston

Austin Elliot was a member of the legal team that I hired to defend me against a DUI charge. Austin was hands on from the initial consultation to the final plea agreement. He was knowledgeable, down to earth, and always looking out for my best interests, even if it meant more work for him. We disc...ussed all possibilities at every turn in the case and made decisions together. I received a very favorable plea agreement in my case and Austin played a large role in that outcome. My experience with Austin Elliot was exceptional and I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone.

Professional and Pragmatic

Austin was professional, pragmatic, and wasted no time laying our options for my family. I sincerely appreciated his candor and willingness to step in, last minute, to resolve our issue. Excellent and honest attorney!
