Great attorney!!

I received 2 tickets this past fall and I hired Mr. Elliot to represent me regarding these matters. Every step of the way, Mr. Elliot and his office communicated with due diligence about the positive and negative consequences of my decision to take these to court and how he would work to the best of ...his ability to win my case for me. He did succeed in winning both of these cases. I HIGHLY recommend his services for any legal issues you may have.

Reckless driving

Austin handled my case perfectly. I only met with him once or twice but I could tell he was very knowledgeable in his field. He was very responsive to all the emails and phone calls I made to him and he was always very reassuring. I came to him with a reckless driving ticket and he was able to hav...e it dropped down to a careless operation ticket. Though it may sound a bit dramatic, Austin really did save my job and record. I would recommend him to anyone in the Charleston area.
