Two felonies expunged

After being approached by a man carrying a tire iron and screaming his intent to kill me, I drew my gun and defused the situation. The police arrested me for pointing and presenting a firearm, and illegal possession of a handgun-- both felonies. The legal process after being bailed out was a circus. ...Austin and his partner Tim represented me, and essentially tore their police and their arrests to pieces. Not only were the charges dropped by the D.A., they were expunged. Can't ask for more than that.

Great attorney!!

I received 2 tickets this past fall and I hired Mr. Elliot to represent me regarding these matters. Every step of the way, Mr. Elliot and his office communicated with due diligence about the positive and negative consequences of my decision to take these to court and how he would work to the best of ...his ability to win my case for me. He did succeed in winning both of these cases. I HIGHLY recommend his services for any legal issues you may have.

Helpful and Hardworking

Mr. Elliot came to my aide right from the beginning. He got to know me as a person and began to get to work right away. He was able to answer all my question with ease, and point me in the right direction immediately in order to receive a good outcome with my case. I was more than happy with the resu...lts but even more pleased with how Mr. Elliot conducted himself throughout this whole process. I never felt abandoned and Mr. Elliot assisted in easing my stress. Mr. Elliot will be my recommendation to anyone who seeks legal assistance in Charleston. This is a lawyer who will go a long way and make a well known name for himself in Charleston.

Helpful, Patient and Overall Wonderful!

As someone that has no experience with criminal issues, when we had to deal with the police and courts, Austin was exactly the lawyer I wanted on my side. He was patient explaining everything, made sure we were comfortable with all the next moves. I could not recommend or rave enough about Austin!

DUI in Charleston

Austin Elliot was a member of the legal team that I hired to defend me against a DUI charge. Austin was hands on from the initial consultation to the final plea agreement. He was knowledgeable, down to earth, and always looking out for my best interests, even if it meant more work for him.
