Very Thorough, helpful, and reliable!

Mr. Elliot was extremely kind and extremely helpful. I was very new to legal processes and court function and he explained everything and answered all questions thoroughly. He was also successful in his goal set for the case and it was greatly appreciated.

Two felonies expunged

After being approached by a man carrying a tire iron and screaming his intent to kill me, I drew my gun and defused the situation. The police arrested me for pointing and presenting a firearm, and illegal possession of a handgun-- both felonies. The legal process after being bailed out was a circus. ...Austin and his partner Tim represented me, and essentially tore their police and their arrests to pieces. Not only were the charges dropped by the D.A., they were expunged. Can't ask for more than that.

Great attorney!!

I received 2 tickets this past fall and I hired Mr. Elliot to represent me regarding these matters. Every step of the way, Mr. Elliot and his office communicated with due diligence about the positive and negative consequences of my decision to take these to court and how he would work to the best of ...his ability to win my case for me. He did succeed in winning both of these cases. I HIGHLY recommend his services for any legal issues you may have.
