Outstanding lawyer

Scott did a great job in helping me during my legal battle. He was knowledge and reassuring to me and always there for me whenever I needed to ask a question or find out information. He fought hard for me to reach a great outcome on my case. Everyone in his office went above and beyond to be helpful and fight for me. I would recommend him to anyone in need of legal advice or legal representation. He is a top notch attorney and a good and caring person who will fight hard for you and your family.

What I expect an attorney to be

I realized that I needed a lawyer after a deputy sheriff tried getting me to meet him to “help him catch this guy”. After hanging up the phone I realized I’m the guy he’s after. I called the Bischoff team on a Friday afternoon in fear of being arrested. Being a soul provider for a wife and 4 young children living week to week I was mighty upset over the matter. Scott waited for me to arrive on a Friday evening to sit down with me and hear what I had to say. He made a phone call to look for active arrest warrants, explained what my rights are and pulled legal statutes most likely applicable to my situation. He and his assistant were very helpful and professional. I had never needed to speak to lawyer before and I now understand how important a good lawyer can be. Scott gave me peace of mind. I can’t express in words how much that means to me. If you need a lawyer give this man a call. I walked away from his office feeling that he cares about helping people.

My silver lining

Sometimes in life we get into a pickle or two, there is no one I would recommend to have by your side more then Scott! Scott was an incredible lawyer from start to finish! From taking time away from his family on a Sunday morning to meet with me to working hours defending my rights he went above and beyond. His ability to keep me calm and comfortable meant more to me then I can Express in words. He was accessible at all times and always responded to my millions of questions as fast as possible. Never thought needing legal help would be such a positive experience!

Great attorney and firm

Scott was wonderful to deal with. He met with me and my son for a free consultation, and presented us with a plan of how to deal with a legal issue. My son ended up retaining him, and he was very responsive and engaged in resolving the issue.

Scott is an amazing attorney. He is very passionate about his work. His dedication, honesty, integrity are amazing. If there are things you need to hear but may not want to hear he will tell you anyway because when he takes your case he fights to win for you. I would recommend him to anyone anytime. I say God brings people in your life for a reason. Not only did Scott do an amazing job on my case but I also learned some things about myself personally and the things that I would change professionally.

Highly Recommend!

I was given Scott's name by a friend. I hired him to represent me in an employment issue that involved multiple ancillary institutions. I found him to be extremely bright, competent and caring. He was approachable and easy to talk to. He always remained in contact with me. If not by phone, he would communicate through email or text message. He was professional and confident. Communication Expert

Being in a situation where you are not sure of the outcome can be a hard pill to swallow. Especially when that pill can affect not only your life, but the lives around you and the people you are responsible for. I initially did not hire Scott from the start of my case, I hired an incompetent local billboard attorney who I trusted would get the job done but left me worried and kept me up at night losing sleep because he was too busy partying downtown than working on my case. Hiring Scott & firing the other lawyer after my charges got upgraded was best thing I could have ever done. His communication, and work ethic was exactly what I was looking for, and after talking with him in his office for half an hour I was able to go home and sleep well at night knowing I was in good hands. Scott always returned my calls, texts, or emails within the same day even if it was at 9 or 10 at night.
