Very Thorough, helpful, and reliable!

Mr. Elliot was extremely kind and extremely helpful. I was very new to legal processes and court function and he explained everything and answered all questions thoroughly. He was also successful in his goal set for the case and it was greatly appreciated.

Excellent and honest attorney!

Austin was able to achieve the best possible outcome for me with my case. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and his representation. Great advocate

Austin worked with Tim Kulp to help win a very drawn-out, complicated boundary dispute case for me. Austin was still in law school when I met him, but I was impressed by his ability to research the many obscure details involved with this case. He assisted Mr. Kulp in countless ways and helped organ...ize the reams of documents, motions, plats, deeds, etc. that were needed to bring this case to trial. Although this case was extremely stressful, Tim and Austin made it bearable. They were kind and caring throughout the years it took to bring the case to trial and were tireless advocates for me.

I felt like I was his only client

I could not possibly say enough good things about my experience with Austin. He was a professional in every sense of the word. Because of the slow courts in Isle of Palms, it took nearly a year and a half for my case to finally be completed. During that period of time, Austin picked up (or quickly re...turned) every single one of my calls and never forgot who I was or what the status of my case was. It truly was as if I was his only client. He sent me regular updates on how my case was going and I could tell he was personally invested in being sure that I got treated the way he would treat family. I paid upfront for his services and I never had to pay a single dime thereafter. He saw it all the way to its close. That’s right: he worked with me for nearly a year and a half and I never got a second bill. I had shopped around for lawyers before hiring Austin, and his fare was very reasonable. He was always incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Furthermore, I was incredibly happy with the ultimate outcome of my case. I don’t think that if I had hired another lawyer, he would have been able to deliver the same result. Don’t look any further for a quality lawyer. You can trust in Austin.

Competent and professional

Mr. Elliott was the main force in resolving my case. He kept the lines of communication open with consistent updates and information. I would recommend him to anyone.
