I spoke to Rob after my DUI charge. I was full of anxiety after spending 5 days in jail. My initial charge was for a DUI with a high BAC and an open container. I have actually hired Rob Usry not once, but twice! Our first issue related to a minor accident and a charge of Driving under the Influence of alcohol. Rob instructed me on the activities I could take to increase my chances for a better outcome. These activities along with his talent for working with... the law enforcement officer led to a greatly downgraded charge that was very acceptable to me given the situation. Unfortunately, I was once again charged later the same year. While there was no accident or even any incident that led to the traffic stop, a second appearance in the same court did not look promising. I had accumulated an extensive record over the course of 10 years following my divorce, due partly to immaturity and depression. A lot of people say that lawyers are just thieves. But I never felt that way while working with Rob Usry. He was always on time, he worked hard, and he always had a plan. The whole experience with his office made a bad situation a little bit easier. I was dealing with a lot in the time of the DUI and... I was on medication, sleeping medication, working with doctors. And the reason that my DUI was dropped was because Usry took time to understand what was going on. Because of this I talked to my therpsy and he wrote a letter to the court. The doctor said that with my OCD, there i was takimg the pills over and over again. Because the pill causes medical induced amnesia. Because I was worried i forgot to tale medication I continues to take the pills. Then I blacked out. This was a hard case. But usry believed everything and helpedme so mich. He knows what he is doing and will work you. Helped my parents with payments. He is a genuine guy. God forbet, but if I ever need a lawyer again I will me calling him right back.
