Not only did Micah get my case dismissed quickly but he also continued to be of amazing help to me in the future when he was under obligation to do so. Micah defended my RN license against a complaint that someone made which ended up being dismissed based on the investigation and his expert advice while writing the response. Having him represent me during this very stressful time was the best thing I could have ever done! I did not end up with a public reprimand on my license which would easily have happened had I not retained him. He is fast to respond to questions. Very compassionate, down to earth, and easy to talk to. Would recommended him to anyone needing legal representation.

Wrongfully Charged Double Felon
He was frank with it all and made certain that he was there to help. I got information that I needed to overturn a wrongful conviction and, if they don't expunge my record, he WILL help me get exactly what is due to me. I will contact him again if I ever need to.

I was charged with a 21 year old case. Me Letty persevered for 2 years & got the charges dismissed & my record expunged At the time I lived out of state & only had to make one appearance in SC & was released ROR & was able to return to my home state pending the outcome. Best lawyer in Columbia for DUI
I am a part time resident, out-of-state Yankee, was charged with DUI in Lexington County. (Couldn't have happened at a worst time in a worst place.) I interviewed at least a dozen of the top attorneys in the area and Micah is the BEST. He left no stone un-turned, went the extra miles and got the best possible outcome. Extremely competent, knowledgeable and thorough, he is there 24-7 if necessary and settles only to your satisfaction, not necessarily his. This is more than a good lawyer, this is a friend when you're in need. There were a lot of complications with this case, and Micah navigated through them all. He was there personally and totally, through every step of the process and court procedure, plus, since I was from out of state, he made important inquiries there to eliminate any anticipated issues. If ever faced with a serious crime--guilty or innocent--this is the man you want to protect your rights.

Micah is my lawyer!
When I have legal problems I always call Micah. His price is reasonable and he takes care of the problems. I call him anytime and he gets right back to me. He is very knowledgable of the law. He seems well connected within the court room. He walks in to the court and the judge and prosecutor all knew him. Every time I have used Micah I have left the court with a Not Guilty!
