Biography
My practice is dedicated to helping disabled individuals recover Social Security disability benefits. I have been practicing law since 1988, and have helped thousands of folks recover disability benefits. I handle most of my cases on appeal, after a client has been turned down for disability by the Social Security Administration.
My main office is in Asheville, North Carolina, but I maintain a national practice. No office appointment is necessary; I can handle a case from start to finish via phone calls and email.
When I'm not in court, in my spare time I enjoy hiking, traveling and spending time with my kids.

It's a win!
I thought I could do it myself, but found it was much better with a good office handling all the paperwork. He got the benefits that I really needed.

Great Lawyer!
I am young and originally go turned dwn. I hired one attorney but he droped my case saying I would not win. Mr. Lusk took my case.
